WHAT ARE THE TYPICAL PARTNERSHIP TERMS?
LONG TERM LEASE FROM A LANDLORD. RENTINGS A FEW FLOORS AND ADDITIONAL SPACE ON THE GROUND FLOOR FOR THE PLACE CAFÉ.
HOW DO I GET IN?
JUST COME TO ONE OF OUR MULTIPLE LOCATIONS AND OUR FRONT-OF-HOUSE STAFF WILL BE GLAD TO ASSIST.
ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT
WE ACCEPT VISA, MASTERCARD, AND CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS. UNFORTUNATELY, WE DO NOT ACCEPT PREPAID, RELOADABLE CREDIT CARDS, OR OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENT (I.E. PAYPAL, BITCOINS, ETC.).
REFUNDS

TO GET INTO YOUR THE PLACE, YOU'LL NEED YOUR ACCESS CODES. YOU'LL ALWAYS HAVE A CODE FOR THE SPACE ITSELF, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE A CODE FOR THE BUILDING, DEPENDING ON WHICH LOCATION YOU'VE CHOSEN.
I CAN'T FIND THE NETWORK PASSWORD
PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK THE PASSWORD! KEEP AN EYE OUT FOR ANY SPELLING MISTAKES OR ANY SYMBOLS OR SPACES IN THE PASSWORD THAT MIGHT HAVE BEEN ENTERED INCORRECTLY. CANCELLATION POLICY
PRIVATE OFFICES CAN BE CANCELLED WITHIN 2 MONTHS' NOTICE INCURRING A 1 MONTH PENALTY. VIRTUAL OFFICES CAN BE CANCELLED WITHIN 1 MONTH'S NOTICE WITH NO PENALTY. ESTIDAMA LICENSE FOR DEDICATED DESK CAN BE CANCELLED WITHIN 2 MONTHS' NOTICE AND INCURRING 1 MONTH'S PENALTY. DESK IN COWORKING WITH 1 MONTH AGREEMENT - NO CANCELLATION AFTER STARTING MONTH. BUT WE CAN FREEZE IT UP TO 1 MONTH IN CASE OF EMERGENCY. DAILY BOOKINGS CAN BE CANCELLED 1 DAY IN ADVANCE WITH A 100% REFUND. EVENT BOOKING CAN BE CANCELLED 3 DAYS IN ADVANCE WITH A 50% REFUND. MEETING ROOM BOOKINGS CAN BE CANCELLED 2 HOURS IN ADVANCE WITH 50% REFUND AND 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE WITH A 100% REFUND.
DAMAGE FEE
IN THE EVENT OF DAMAGE BEYOND REASONABLE ‘WEAR AND TEAR’ TO OUR SPACE OR FURNITURE, THE PLACE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT (USING THE DESIGNATED PAYMENT METHOD) FOR THE REASONABLE COST OF SUCH REPAIR AND/OR CLEANING.

HOW DO I PAY?

HOW FAST IS THE INTERNET IN YOUR SPACES?
WE PROVIDE A SECURE AND STABLE WIFI CONNECTION THROUGHOUT ALL OF OUR SPACES. THE INTERNET SPEED MAY VARY BY LOCATION. HOWEVER, THE STANDARD SPEED PROVIDED IS APPROPRIATE FOR BROWSING, PRESENTING, AND VIDEO CONFERENCING. WE HAVE ALSO ENSURED THAT OUR LARGER SPACES ARE PROPERLY EQUIPPED TO SUPPORT GROUPS WORKING TOGETHER ONLINE. ALL THE PLACE EQUIPPED WITH HIGH SPEED TRI LINES. SORRY, NO. ALL OFFICE BUILDINGS IN UAE ARE NON-SMOKING AREAS.
ARE FOOD AND DRINK PERMITTED IN THE PLACE SPACES?
YES, WE HAVE AN ASSORTMENT OF SNACKS, COFFEE AND TEA AS WELL AS A CATERING SERVICE AVAILABLE.
ARE PETS ALLOWED IN THE PLACE?
NO, UNFORTUNATELY THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED YET.
CAN I STAY OVERNIGHT AT THE PLACE?
THAT DEPENDS ON THE PACKAGE. SOME PACKAGES WILL HAVE 24/7/365. SOME: 9-18. WE ALSO HAVE A SPECIAL NIGHT PACKAGE.
CAN I USE THE PLACE AS A BUSINESS OR MAILING ADDRESS?
