What is coworking space?
A coworking space visually resembles a large office but it does not fully belong to just one enterprise. Inside the premises, dozens of people might be working simultaneously, being members of different teams or independent professionals. Coworkings are usually open-planned spaces where you can either rent a table (or tables) that will belong exclusively to you or occupy a new one each time. When you want to take a break, you can go to the leisure zone. For negotiations or presentations, you can book a conference room.
The atmosphere in the premise is rather informal, this is why representatives of creative industries enjoy it the most. However, tech companies, multimedia startups, fashion brands and many other businesses make good use of coworking rentals too. There will be no restrictions regarding your industry or timetable.
Coworking spaces are furnished and provide their clients with all the corporate infrastructure: business-grade Wi-Fi, kitchen, air conditioning and so on. The price of the rent includes the services of receptionists, cleaners and security guards. You don't need to purchase consumables or take care of other administrative tasks — when you arrive, there will be enough capsules for the coffee machine in the kitchen and the printer cartridge will be refilled. Professionally trained people will receive your parcels and maybe also incoming calls, in case you use a landline.
